The work covers but not limited to the following: - Clean and strip pump - Supply and fit Upper and Lower Seals (Seals must be approved seals by the Employer); - Supply and fit Upper and Lower Bearings (Bearings must be approved by the Employer); - Supply and fit diaphragm; - Supply and fit O-Ring set; - Rewind pump motor completely; - Dry-out, varnish and bake; - Supply and fit new Impellor; - Supply and fit Impellor hub and bolt where required; - Machine impellor to size; - Fill seal housing with new oil; - Supply and fit moisture probe; - Supply and fit Thermistors where required; - Supply and connect cable; - Supply and fit grommets; - Assemble and test pump; - Apply protective coating to pump; - Provide a flow and performance test report/certificate; - Provide new identity tag made from S/S 25mmx 3 mm thick.
