Re-Advertisement: Suitably qualified service providers are hereby invited to submit bids for the following: Provision of a panel of three (3) service providers for the supply, delivery and installation of new pumps, electrical motors and panels, the strip and repair of broken down pumps, electrical motors and panels as and when required for a period of thirty-six (36) months. Scope of Work: The work to be carried out by the panel of Service Providers includes but not limited to the following: I. Supply, delivery and installation of new pumps, motors, electrical panels and other necessary equipment at the various pump stations, water purification plants and wastewater treatment plant as and when necessary; II. Strip sand repairs of broken-down pumps, electrical motors, electrical panels and other related equipment at the various pump stations, water purification plants and wastewater treatment plant as and when necessary. The work covers but not limited to the following: - Clean and strip pump - Supply and fit Upper and Lower Seals (Seals must be approved seals by the Employer); - Supply and fit Upper and Lower Bearings (Bearings must be approved by the Employer); - Supply and fit diaphragm; - Supply and fit O-Ring set; - Rewind pump motor completely; - Dry-out, varnish and bake; - Supply and fit new Impellor; - Supply and fit Impellor hub and bolt where required; - Machine impellor to size; - Fill seal housing with new oil; - Supply and fit moisture probe; - Supply and fit Thermistors where required; - Supply and connect cable; - Supply and fit grommets; - Assemble and test pump; - Apply protective coating to pump; - Provide a flow and performance test report/certificate; - Provide new identity tag made from S/S 25mmx 3 mm thick. Tag to be fixed to pump; - Collect and deliver pump at the different pump stations or plants; - Return pump within the specified turn-around time for repairs. (Oferta №92286348es)
