The proposal to be based on a headcount of 300 employees; • The Solution Type: Annual Software Subscription; • Deployment Type: Cloud; • Licensed Employees: 201 to 300 employees; • Modules purchased: Payroll, Leave Management, General Ledger Integration, Sage Intelligence Connector, Job Management, Personnel Management, Performance Management, Equity, Skills, Employee Self Service including Job Requisition & Mobile App. The system modules licenced required are as follows: 300 People Modules including: • Payroll; • Leave Management; • General Ledger Integration; • Sage Intelligence Connector. Human Resource modules including: • Job Management; • Personnel Management; • Performance Management; • Equity; • Skills; • People Self Service including Job Requisition & Mobile App. The subscription fee should include the following: • Telephonic and e-mail support services provided during normal working hours; • New releases of the Sage 300 People System with system updates; • Legislative updates as and when changes are made by the revenue authority; • Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD) as the delivery mechanism, Sage Provisioning Portal; (SPP) for site deployment and account management, SQL Elastic Pools as the database platform and all backend services required for delivery of the Sage 300 People Managed Service; • The Annual Software Subscription is based on the estimated requirements for 300 employees; • Daily backups. • To manage the deployment and application configuration of the Sage 300 People Managed Service; • All existing API"s and new API"s within the Sage 300 people product to be available with the Sage 300 People Managed Cloud Service. The Service prover to include the following: • The training plan (e.g train the trainer, IT admin training, etc); • A detailed project plan: including the roll-out plan (Implementation); • Change management / transition (detail approach on how to do this).
