Scope of Works: The scope of work is as follows: • Identification of routes to be operated including aspects such as distances (kilometres), time travelled, etc; • Identification of Departure and arrival points; • Determine and produce service timetable; • Verify passenger numbers and frequencies to be operated; • Route logging and route description (detailed map source plotting every route, stations, kilometres, etc to be operated); • Determine route distances (kilometres); • Determine number of trips; • Develop proposal for services in consultation with Districts and principals based on the information collected; • Costing of services; • Check and develop fares structure etc; • Establish the vehicles to be operated on various routes and compiling fleet structure details.
