Scope: The Client is seeking the following services from a service provider built on ITIL® standards of service delivery and strictly following best practices as prescribed in CoBIT®. As this approach is based on an SSA model, Bidders are required to clearly specify whether they will provide the service themselves or identify the sub-contractor responsible for delivering the service/s. The Bidder must perform at least 70% of the services and will retain full legal, operational, and financial responsibility for all subcontracted services.
