Scope of work: - Vehicle number and registration: V 0449 NRB 61156, - VIN number: ADMFVZ34R82698813, - Vehicle description: Isuzu FVZ1600 Refuse Comp REL 20m³, 6 x 4, - Year model: 2015, - Requisition reference number: SC 10090122. Specification: 1. Inspect head for distortion and skim, if required, 2. Pressure test head, 3. Replace 12 intake valves OEM, 4. Replace 12 exhaust valves OEM, 5. Re-seat 24 valve seats, 6. Replace 24 valve guide, 7. Replace 24 valve spring sets, 8. Replace all retainers, 9. Inspect camshaft for run out and wear, 10. Inspect rocker shaft and valve mating arears for excessive wear and repair or replace if necessary, 11. Replace thermostats, 12. Inspect turbo and repair to OEM spec, 13. Overhaul 6 injectors or replace, 14. Fit heat tabs as required, 15. Inspect block for distortion and cracks and repair as necessary, 16. Replace 6 oil spray nozzles, 17. Replace 6 sleeves OEM, 18. Replace 6 pistons with rings OEM, 19. Replace 6 con rods OEM, 20. Replace water pump OEM, 21. Replace oil pump OEM, 22. Replace big end, small end, thrust and main bearings OEM, 23. Overhaul high pressure fuel pump or replace and clean and test common rail, 24. Replace all Welch plugs, 25. Replace oil pressure switch, fuel rail switch and temperature switch OEM, 26. Inspect crank and grind as required, check align bore and line bore if required, 27. Balance fly wheel and harmonic balancer, 28. Carry out major service and fill correct oil grade, 29. This unit must be dyno tested with a report, 30. Radiator must be ultrasonically cleaned, 31. All water hoses to be replaced, 32. All v-belt to replaced, 33. Viscous fan to be replaced, 34. This unit must be serviced by the installer after first 100km, 35. Proof of OEM parts purchased must be provided, 36. Supply and fit fuel antitheft unit, 37. OEM anti-freeze to be used, 38. Appointed supplier will be responsible to get the vehicle to their premises, 39. Return old replaced parts, 40. Clean and wash the vehicle, 41. Itemised billing on all line items, 42. Vehicle to be completed within 07 days of receiving the PO. Warranty of 12 months on quality of spares used and quality skill of workmanship should be delivered together with vehicle. (EN)
