The US Department and Urban Development (HUD) awarded solicitation DU205NC-17-R-0006 for the Office of Housing, Multifamily Programs - San Francisco Regional Center as a single award combination Firm-fixed-price, Indefinite-delivery/Indefinite-quantity contract to Doyle Real Estate Advisors, LLC.

The contractor will perform rent comparability studies in the West Region:

Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.

The ordering period of the contract is five years, and the maximum quantity is 1050 rent comparability studies. The government will issue task orders against the contract for RCSs.
