Scope: • 10 x Network printers with the capability for secure printing (follow me printing); • Printing papers (A4 and A3 papers); • Scan to email, Share folder and USB; • Cartridges (Mono and Colour cartridges); • Proactive support; • Reporting (Portal – to view cost and volume as and when required); • Consumables stock management; • 1GB Network card. NB. The Solutions must include the following: • Supply, Monitor and manage printers’ resources. • Must use pin, card, biometric to release the document to all the printers. • Follow me print (Users must be able to release their documents). • Maintain and service the printers. • Resolve printing problems.
