Quotations are hereby invited for the following: A service provider to supply business analyst services for a period of 3 months. Services / duties required for the business analyst: • The BA will be required to map the business processes for the desired systems at RIM as RIM would like to automate its business processes. The systems being referred to are: - The Ticketing sales system, and - The contract management system, • The BA will also be required to do a feasibility study / application assessment to guide and assist RIM in making informed decision. With a completed BRS, a comparative view of potential solutions can be used to possibly solve the business need. The services are required for a period of 3 months, or for a shorter period based on RIM’s operating capacity.
