Bids are hereby invited for the following: Refurbishment of retreat staff accommodation and double drift lodge at Great Fish River Nature Reserve - Sam Knott (Grahamstown Section). Scope: • Take out and remove doors and door frames including thresholds; • Remove and replace roofs, ceilings and partitions; • Remove and replace piping, sanitary fittings including cutting off as necessary, disconnecting piping from fittings; • Remove and replace all floor coverings; • Supply, delivery, installation and commissioning and testing of fire protection equipment complete with features, fittings, connections and accessories; • Attendance of roof leaks; • Supply and fit aluminium gutters; • Removal and replacement of kitchen cupboards (carpentry and joinery); • Upgrading of the electrical connections inside the buildings. Including issuing of COC; • Removal and replacement of doors and frames including new ironmongery; • Plumbing for water tanks with filtration and purification; • Replacement of shower doors and windowpanes; • Alternative energy solution for hot water, lighting, and appliances; • Address all Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) compliances.
