Bids are hereby invited for the following: Construction and operation of pedal courts as well as an associated pedal retail and restaurant facility in Thesen Island in the Knysna Section of the Garden Route National Park. Specifications: • Internal electrical (DB plus contents and all internal electrical works), • Internal wall finishes (plastering, painting, tiling, cladding), • Internal floor finishes (screed, tiling, tinted granos and carpets), • Sanitary fittings where these falls within the footprint area (basins, sinks, toilets, urinals), • Internal plumbing (all internal piping, valves and taps), • Internal waste drainage system (all internal piping up to and including the first fat trap or gulley situated on the outside of the building), • Ceilings, • Roof maintenance if the roof is re-constructed to allow for an indoor court, • Air conditioning, and • The Private Party shall supply SANParks with an electrical Certificate of Compliance (CoC) for the facility after completion of construction and before handing the site back after Contract Termination.
