Tenders are hereby invited for the following: Provision of IEC Limpopo Warehouse Facility. Scope: provisioning of a suitable warehouse facility in the Limpopo province as per tender document. The warehouse gross lettable (rentable) area should be approximately 1,500m² excluding any mezzanine flooring, with a 5% tolerance for a facility smaller than 1,500m² and a 20% tolerance for a facility larger than 1,500m². Any facilities falling outside of the tolerance range of 1,425m² up to 1,800m² will not be suitable for the purposes of the bid.
