Scope of work for the contractor (Service and repairs of B tippler table structure): - To loosen all greasing pipe attached to the table; - Strip all table anchoring pins; - Remove toe pieces; - Remove oval bush; - Replace toe pieces; - Replace oval bush with new; - Welding repairs on the table (table has lots of cracks on the structure and lots of bolts loose); - Replace all quadrants bolts; - Replace drive side and no drive side bearings and bushes; - Ensure that all greasing pipes are fitted back and grease is going through; - Replace all loose bolt connection with new one; - Replace all bushes on the top locking arm assembly.
