Quotations are hereby invited for the appointment of a suitably qualified service provider to conduct probity audits in respect of tenders above R5 million for the current Financial Year on an as-and-when required basis. Scope: The appointed service provider will be required to review of Tender process, on an as-and-when required basis, which includes the following: a) Compliance with the applicable SCM Legislative Framework. b) Compliance with the Bid Specifications Committee/ Bid Evaluation Committee/ Bid Adjudication Committee Terms of Reference. c) Review of the Bid Specification documents, Bid Evaluations as well as the Bid Adjudication Committee documents (including the submitted proposals by all the bidders).
