Re-advertisement: Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA) invites tenders for the appointment of construction contractor for the construction of a new school on behalf of the Gauteng Department of Education (GDE), Gauteng Province (Montic Factory Primary School). Scope of Works: The Works to be carried out by the Contractor under this Contract comprise mainly the following but is not limited to: Construction of new classroom facilities (which may be single or double storey depending on the school), construction of library blocks, construction of specialist classrooms, construction of admin blocks, construction of dining and nutrition centres, construction of Grade R precinct (including classrooms, ablutions and play facilities), offices and/or stores, construction of ablution blocks, construction of teaching/coaching classrooms, construction of combi courts, sports fields, high security fencing, landscaping, assembly areas, bulk services connections, rain-water harvesting and treatment facilities, renewable energy mechanisms to minimize cost of energy as well as all other external works.
