Proposals are hereby invited for the following: Repair and Service of BC06 conveyor belt and associated equipment at Northern Works one (1) month. The scope of work to be performed under this contract include mechanical and electrical works. Electrical Works: • Supply and install rotation monitoring devices for all sludge belt conveyors and restore inter-tripping and commission the system. • Supply, install and commission field control panel for BC06 conveyor belt. • Repair and calibrate belt weigher for BC04 and supply calibration certificate. • Repair composting shed lighting system along the BC06 conveyor belt. • Repair BC06 conveyor belt trip wire system. • Repair BC06 MCC panel. • Supply and install LV cables. • Supply, install and commission alarm siren complete with strobe light. • Supply, install and commission cable to be used for BC06 conveyor belt field control. Mechanical Works: • Replace return rollers; • Replace guide and idler rollers; • Replace side guide rollers; • Supply and install scrappers; and perform final adjustments; • Replace bearings and housings on return and tail pulleys; • Replace bearings and housings on drive pulleys; • Supply bearings and housings for the pulleys; • Grease bearings before commissioning; • Diamond rubberise 575mm dia. x 650mm long drive pulley; • Supply and install conveyor belt.
