Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Appointment of service provider to supply, configure and support of an electronic signature or digital solution within Petroleum Agency SA. Scope: The Service Provider should provide a solution with the following functionalities and features. 1. Twelve (12) Months Subscription for 90 users, with a minimum of 5,000 transaction allowance or unlimited; 2. The solution should enable Digitally Sign or Request Signatures; 3. Manageable document workflow, reminders, status tracking, correct, review and update documents, comments, and signer/receiver roles; 4. Customizable Electronic Signature, Digital Signature, Private Key, and hash encryption; 5. Multi-document type support (word, excel, etc.), pdf conversion of the final document; 6. Document library, retention policy, bulk Document sending; 7. Templates and web forms with Outlook, Word, Acrobat Integration. Add-Ons; 8. The solution should allow creation of templates; 9. Solution should have a mobile app; 10. Solution needs to integrate with Enterprise Content Management Systems (SharePoint, Laserfiche, etc); 11. Cloud integration (One Drive, etc.); 12. Data always reside with the borders of South Africa. Where such is not practically possible, provisions of section 72 of the POPI Act must be complied with by that particular Cloud Provider; 13. Multiple levels of authentication, email, SMS, phone, access code; 14. No licence required by recipients to sign documents; 15. Central admin portal that allows management of users, customization of the environment and settings and preferences; 16. Solution should be customizable thus allowing branding and customization; 17. Real-time reporting and tracking of documents and individual report portal; 18. Generate and store a robust audit trail of all activities; 19. Temper seal documents, Disclosure and Legal Notice, Certificate of Completion, Watermarks SAML Single Sign-On (Azure, Microsoft 365). (Oferta №87375239es)
