Quotations are hereby invited for the appointment of an executive recruitment agency to assist PASA in appointing the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The successful service provider will undertake the following activities: - Review the provided draft job advert / description, and place the advert at least in a national newspaper, at the direct cost to PASA; - Based on the required qualification, experience, and ability to carry out the responsibilities of the CEO as outlined in the job description, the service provider is required to review all the applicants’ CVs and select the “long short-list” of ten (10) candidates to present to the Selection Panel; - Support the Selection Panel in selecting the short-list of 3-5 candidates; - Conduct a workshop with the Selection Panel to agree on key selection criteria, structure of interview and scoring mechanism; - Develop the interview questions and other interviewing tools and matrix; - Support the Selection Panel during interviews of the short-listed candidates including providing inputs where required; - Administration of the background and reference checks as well as psychometric tests of the short-listed candidates. The appointed service provider will use the suppliers already contracted by PASA/ CEF for this aspect of the assignment at the direct cost to PASA; - Conduct a workshop with the Selection Panel to rank the shortlisted candidates based on the interview and psychometric test results.
