Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Provision of cleaning services of trenches and pit sumps at conveyor galleries for submersible and slurry pumps for Transnet Soc Ltd operating as Transnet Port Terminals at the Port of Richards Bay. Scope: The scope entails the following: 1. The service provider is required to provide a cleaning team with supervisor to service the following tasks at A, B, C, D, E, F, MT, N, S, P, R, J.K24, K21: 1.1. To remove contaminated cargo on the trenches and sump pit leaving the pump free of cargo to collect all water and pumping it to Delkor; 1.2. The cleaning will be done onto all the DBT Galleries and Transfers; 1.3. The contaminated cargo will be dumped on the designated area, the exact spot will show during site visit. 2. The service provider is required to provide all resources to carry out this project such as: 2.1. Enough manpower to finish cleaning in 30 days. Fully PPE is required to ensure safety; 2.2. Adequate equipment, wheelbarrows, spates, shovels, buckets and equipment that will be required to carry out this project; 2.3. A service provide must have a bobcat to ensure the transportation of contaminated cargo is not delayed; 2.4.
