The Turnkey Contractors will be responsible for the following activities: • Detailed Project implementation plans; • Condition Assessments; • Quantification of the works; • Detailed Designs as required; • Detailed Specifications; • Working Drawings as required; • Finishing Schedules; • Construction Works (Demolition of existing inappropriate and unsafe pit toilets and renovations of existing schools’ infrastructure); • Construction Supervision and Project Close Out.
