Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Provision of Electrical Modification and Integration for H104 for Pier 2 (Once off) x 1. Scope: 1) Re-configure wiring pins on the hauler wiring harness to suit the engine wiring harness of a Cummins 6.7 engine; 2) Wiring loom of the hauler has to be integrated to the wiring loom of the engine by means of Cummins connection plug; 3) The TCU and ECU has to be programmed and synchronized to operate to OEM specifications and application; 4) Repair and ensure that all the gauges are working; 5) All wirings to be secured in a designated area of a hauler chassis and accordance to OEM positioning; 6) Wiring to be sleeved and secured to prevent chaffing; 7) Fit bigger cowling to accommodate size of cooling fan.
