Proposals are hereby invited for the following: Provision of occupational health clinic services for the DBSA for a period of 36 months. Scope: - Primary Health Care Services – 50 % of the time; - Occupational Health & Safety Services – 40 % of the time; - Corporate Wellness where required – 10 % of the time. Practitioners will work with the OHS team in ensuring that the clinic is managed efficiently on a daily basis and that all OHS processes are followed. Details of the Service Provider Role required: • Monthly meetings with the Bank to ensure that the Clinic is managed optimally and to resolve any issues; • Annual Clinic assessments to ensure Clinic meets all requirements and all equipment is fully functional; • Management, Submission and Reporting of all COID cases; • Management of the Nurse Practitioner, Occupational Medicine practitioner and employer support in terms of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act; • Professional Indemnity Insurance for practitioners.
