Quotations are hereby invited for the appointment of a service provider to provide deep cleaning services for Head Office. Specifications: Provide deep cleaning of office carpets and upholstery: • Deep cleaning services to the identified site; • The service provider shall make use of SABS approved cleaning detergents, sanitizers and equipment to fulfill the cleaning obligation; • All chemicals that will be used for cleaning shall have a material safety data sheet; • The service provider shall utilize a disinfectant for general cleaning of all surfaces, these should not be damaging to the surface materials; • The cleaning chemicals shall be non corrosive and shall not form any chemical reaction with animate surfaces and body fluids; • All cleaning equipment shall be appropriately colour coded in terms of their dedicated cleaning areas i.e., High risk utility area, Moderate risk utility area and Low risk utility area; • MICT SETA reserves the right to inspect the premises at any reasonable time to assess the level of service rendered against stipulated specifications; • It remains the responsibility of the service provider to take all necessary precautionary steps to prevent loss and damage, in cases of loss incurred or intentional damage due to negligence, the contractor would be held liable; • Service provider must be able to work over the weekend to ensure no disruption of work.
