Written quotations are hereby invited for the appointment of a service provider to provide salary benchmarking services to SADPMR for the period of 36 months. The scope of work involves: • Obtaining inputs from HR on the previous salary and benefits structure to understand the outstanding questions that should be addressed by this study; • Carry benchmark study of the industry, other regulators (nationally and internationally); • Conduct salary benchmarking on job classification in comparison with the SADPMR organizational structure to those in the market; • Ranking of jobs and their functions in the SADPMR organizational structure; • Review the salary levels and steps for each Job Category; • Conduct salary and benefits survey and come up with revised salary and benefits structure; and • Make recommendations to facilitate effective implementation of the outputs and package these results in a way which will enable management to pinpoint areas for priority development.
