One gearbox to be overhauled; 2. Remove long travel gearbox from the equipment. Gearbox overhauling: 1. Strip the shafts for purpose of replace all seals; 2. Replace all bearings; 3. Replace all seals and gaskets; 4. Replace worn-out input shafts; 5. Dress all components to be used; 6. Replace keys, fasteners, plugs and sight glass; 7. Perform crack detection testing (NDT) on casing, shafts and gears to be re-used; 8. Line bore housing and repair all shaft seal journals; 9. Repair worn input and output shafts; 10. Fill unit with the test oil and test run gearbox on test bench rig verified by TPT personal; 11. Blast prime paint gearbox to TPT specifications; 12. Provide full detail report of replace parts; 13. Use OEM or SABS parts; 14. Deliver all replaced part to TPT. Gearbox installation: 1. Install repaired gearbox and conduct laser alignment; 2.
