Quotations are hereby invited for the appointment of a service provider to conduct a risk maturity assessment. Scope of Work: The scope of work will include the following key activities: • Evaluate and assess the organizations risk and governance policies and frameworks including but limited to Risk Management Policy and Framework, Ethics Policy, Anti-Fraud and Corruption Policy; • Evaluate and assess the Risk Management Activities undertaken – including but not limited to: The risk appetite and tolerance methodology, Key risk Indicators, development of key risk events and scenarios; • Evaluate and assess the adequacy of Risk Assessment Processes (identification, analysis, and treatment process); • Evaluate and assess the adequacy of the Monitoring and Review process; • Evaluate and assess the adequacy of Risk Reporting; • Evaluate the overall Risk Management Culture within the organization; • Evaluate and assess SAT’s combined assurance model; • Provide recommendations based on findings; • Develop and present the Risk Maturity Assessment report.
