Scope: The appointed investigators will provide the following services: • Preliminary assessments of allegations; • Full investigation reports, including evidence analysis, interviews, and findings; • Recommendations for consequence management and control improvements; • Expert testimony where required in disciplinary or legal proceedings; • The investigation’s scope will include the following but not be limited to: - Interview sessions: Hold interview sessions with the people who are alleged to have knowledge of any bullying and harassment incidents that took place; - Inspection of documentation; - Digital Forensic analysis; - Assessing compliance with policies and relevant legislation; - Perform other investigation procedures which may be deemed necessary.
