Bids are hereby invited for the appointment of a service provider for the provision of landscaping and maintenance services to the client for a period of 3 years. Scope: The required service provider will be required to carry out the maintenance and the surrounding areas. The successful service provider will be required to carry out the following duties of the park for a period of three years: • Cleaning of the Park and preventing veld fires; • Maintain veld grass, flowers and hand blowing of leaves in the parking area and road. • Planting trees if necessary; • Cleaning of pavement; • Replacing loose rocks on retainer walls and embankment walls; • Removal of weeds and alien plants; • Maintaining water features; • Maintaining the irrigation system including spares; • Maintaining of the wooden deck, wooden benches and wooden poles. i.e. by applying oil as required by specification; and • Maintenance of the nursery.
