Proposals are hereby invited for the appointment of a service provider to provide studio & recording services for the client for a period of 9 (nine) months. Scope: The service provider should possess the experience, expertise, and knowledge to assist the client with the following: i. Studio Space and Technical Environment: 1. Soundproof recording environment accommodating up to 5 people; 2. Space suitable for 2-person discussion-style format with: • Whiteboard (physical or digital); • Flexible camera angles; • Proper lighting and acoustic treatment; • Accessible in both audio-only and video formats. ii. Equipment: • High-definition cameras (minimum 2) and switching capabilities; • Lavalier or boom microphones for each presenter; • Monitors or teleprompters (if available); • Lighting setup optimized for whiteboard and facial clarity; • Whiteboard integration visible on camera. iii. Software & Editing: • Access to or inclusion of professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro); • Post-production services to prepare material for LMS and other platforms. iv. Content Accessibility & Distribution: • Output formats must be suitable for: • SAIPA LMS (e.g., SCORM-compliant MP4, MP3, transcript/PDF); • General distribution platforms (e.g., YouTube, podcast apps). v. CPD and LMS Integration: • Support for tagging and formatting content for CPD purposes; • Content must be accessible on SAIPA’s LMS by both video and audio; • Closed captioning and transcription options for accessibility compliance.
