Because the isolation valves are not functioning properly, they have to close water supply to the whole of settlements thereby causing unnecessary disruption to the whole settlements other than just the streets or blocks involved. The client therefore needs to make assessments of all isolation valves to ascertain which ones are still functioning and which ones must be replaced. The client also needs the TLB for other maintenance work. Their TLB is currently in for repairs. The rate must include fuel, transport. Unit of measure: Daily rate.
