Proposals are hereby invited for the following: appointment of a service provider to develop, design, layout and print a TB, HIV & mental health literacy manual and messaging toolkit. Scope of Work: The consultant will be responsible to layout and print training manuals. The material will be used to facilitate the 3-day workshop for 250 members. The manual content must cover TB prevention, testing, TB treatment uptake, TB treatment completion, TB infection control, Anti Retro viral Therapy (ART), Dolutegravir (DTG) based regimens, viral load testing, viral load results, U=U as well as mental health and coping skills in the same manual in the same manual. Additionally, to attend a project implementation plan, deliver the material as per the expectations, and timelines before the workshop commencement date, write and submit a project close- up report and submit all supporting documents. The project will run over a period of 15 days- period (10 days is to develop/review, 3 days is to layout and print the material and 2 days is to write and submit a report). Proposals are hereby invited for the following: appointment of a service provider to develop, design, layout and print a health literacy manual and a messaging toolkit that incorporates HIV and different non-communicable diseases and patient level management skills. Scope of Work: The consultant will be responsible to layout and print training manuals. The material will be used to facilitate the 2-day workshop for 55 attendees from local CBO’s and the session will be held in Joburg. The manual content must cover NCD’s, HIV, and patient level disease management. The service provider is expected to incorporate benefits of Anti Retro viral Therapy (ART), Dolutegravir (DTG) based regimens, viral load testing, viral load results and U=U in the same manual. The service provider should allocate two (2) facilitators to facilitate the 2-day workshop, with SANAC staff in attendance. Additionally, to attend a project implementation plan that will be convened by SANAC, deliver the material as per the expectations, and timelines before the workshop commencement date, write and submit a project close- up report and submit all supporting documents. Applicants are expected to submit a comprehensive quotation, a budget, and their manual & messaging toolkits samples for review by the SANAC team (when submitting their quotation), which is inclusive of 55 printed manuals (A4 colour), A5- printed 10 000 messaging toolkits, create e-messaging PDF flip book, and 2-days workshop facilitation costs for 2 facilitators. The project will run over a period of 20 days - period (15 days is to develop/review, layout and print the material (manual and messaging tool kit), 2 days is to facilitate the workshop, and 2 days to prepare and submit the report).
