Proposals are hereby invited for the following: appointment of a service provider to facilitate a 3-day workshop for 55 participants, develop, layout, print and supply 55 printed copies (I-Act & Psychosocial support based material). Scope of Work: The consultant will be responsible to develop, layout and print training manuals. The material will be used to facilitate the 3-day workshop for 55 support group facilitators (by the same service provider). The session will be held in Joburg. The manual content must cover Integrated Access to Care and Treatment (I ACT) and Psychosocial Support based support group facilitation, group dynamics and counselling skills and general HIV patient management skills. The service provider should allocate two (2) facilitators to facilitate the 3-day workshop, with SANAC staff in attendance. Additionally, to attend a project implementation plan, deliver the material as per the expectations, and timelines before the workshop commencement date, write and submit a project close- up report and submit all supporting documents. The project will run over a period of 15 days- period (10 days is to develop/review, layout and print the material and 3 days is to facilitate the workshop and 2-days dedicated to report writing and submission).
