Tenders are hereby invited for the following: Installation of tippler main hopper steel cover for Transnet Port Terminal at Port of Richards Bay. Scope: - Remove ducting pipe structures from both Tipplers; - Remove Tippler 01 and 02 main hopper covers and the angle irons; - Supply and install 5 x (100 x 100mm) and 5 x (80 x 80mm) angle irons to make up 16 x 6m frame structure for each Tippler hopper; - Fabricate 3 x (1000 x 750mm) access doors with stainless steel hinges, round bar handles and locking bracket (as per sample) for each tippler; - Supply and install 3mm thickness of 304L stainless steel cove plates to make up 16 x 6m connected with bolts to the frame structure on each Tippler; - Install 12 off (330 x 120 x 75m) frame brackets on each Tippler; - Install the ducting pipes.
