Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Quality Assurance Review (QAR) on the internal audit activity. The preferred service provider would have to perform the following functions: • Assess the NCR Internal Audit function’s conformity to the Institute of Internal Auditors’ International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing (ISPPIA)), the definition of Internal Auditing and Code of Ethics. • Review of NCR Internal Audit function’s Internal Audit methodology for adequacy and effectiveness. • Review of NCR Internal Audit function’s working paper files. • Interview of NCR Head of Internal Audit, Chief Executive Officer, and other members of Executive and Senior management, as required. • Interview of NCR members of the Audit & Risk Committee, including the Chairperson and any other members interacting with Internal Audit as and when required.
