Cisco IP telephones and accessories for the Norwegian Courts Administration
The Norwegian Courts Administration has approx. 3000 IP telephones.
The objective and scope of the procurement is:
Procurement of new Cisco IP telephones for the part of the organisation that does not have IP telephones.
Only the procurement and delivery of actual IP telephone units. Service and maintenance are not included in the procurement.
The contracting authority uses an IP telephony system that is based on the "Cisco Unified Communications Manager" (CUCM) platform and technology. All the user terminals (end points) are therefore also Cisco IP telephones for seamless integration with the CUCM system/protocol 10.5 or higher and to ensure full functionality of the apparatuses. We would like to standardise with only a few models so as to simplify the operation, use and support, as well as to reduce risk.
The system is operated by ATEA.
The Norwegian Courts Administration has approx. 3000 IP telephones. Not all employees and courtrooms currently have IP telephones, but the aim is to increase the use of IP telephones form approx. 70 % to 100 %.
