The Meeting Will Commence At The Nampower Centre Head Office In Windhoek, Omusati Boardroom, 4Th Floor. The Primary Objectives Of Meeting Are To Through The Bidding Documents Together Prospective Bidders And Clarify All Aspects Pertaining To The Bidding Requirements And Mandatory Documents That Need To Be Submitted. Following The Document Review At The Head Office, Compulsory Site Visits Will Be Conducted. Requirements For The Compulsory Site Visits: A) Bidders Are Required To Attend The Pre-Bid Meeting And Compulsory Site Visits At Their Own Expense/Cost. B) All Attendees Are Responsible For Ensuring They Have The Necessary Safety Gear, Specifically Safety Reflective Jackets, Hard Hat And Safety Boots (Ppe) For Purposes Of The Site Visits. Bidders Without The Required Safety Gear May Be Denied Access To The Listed Sites. C) Bidders Entering The Sites And/Or Nampower Premises Will Be Subject To Alcohol Testing, And A Zero Tolerance For Alcohol Will Be Strictly Enforced. Bidders Who Do Not Meet This Requirement Will Not Be Allowed To Enter. D) The Clarification Meeting Starts At 08:30 A.M. Bidders Are Requested To Be On Time For The Meeting At The Nampower Centre Head Office. E) Attendance At All The Scheduled Site Visits Is Compulsory For All Bidders. F) A Register Will Be Available At Each Site, And All Attendees Will Be Required To Sign. By Attending Pre-Bid Meeting And Site Visits, Bidders Acknowledge That They Are Entering Nampower Premises And Undertaking Site Inspections At Their Own Risk.
