Solutions are sought which will improve wayfinding through transitioning seamlessly between indoors and outdoors, enhancing visitor experience and reducing challenges faced by the user
Smart Dublin and the Grangegorman Development Agency are collectively seeking low-cost smart solutions that can:
— improve wayfinding in a manner that can transition seamlessly between indoor and outdoor environments and allow users to arrive to their destination or appointment on time,
— enhance the experience of visitors,

For the purpose of this SBIR challenge, 3 test bed locations within the Dublin Region have been selected, the Main Street of Swords, including County Hall, Swords Castle, and the Swords Cultural Quarter, St. Anne’s Park in Dublin City, and the Grangegorman Campus.
There are a variety of technologies currently deployed and data sources published which are available to be utilised in this project. More information on these, along with the types of solutions which are being sought, can be found in the accompanying RFT document.
Smart Dublin will only accept electronic submissions via etenders.
