Specifications: Item No. 1: • Idler, Conveyor; • Type troughing roll diameter: 127mm; • Face width: 560mm; • Shaft diameter: 25mm; • Roller material: HDPE; • HDPE, 560/127/25/slot; • Size: 18mm, troughing HDPE for P1,2, R1,2, S1,3, W1,4 x 1, 2, 3, 11, 12, 13 conveyors, as per given, consisting of a 2mm inner steel tube 6.5mm HDPE shell complete with 2 x modified nylon bearing housing and fitted with drawing no: CME8270/15-000 REV 0; - Qty: 1200 each. Item No. 2: • Idler return DRG 8271/15-000; • length: 1448mm; • Outside diameter: 125mm; • shaft: 25mm; • slot: 14mm, • steel idler size as given must consist of a high humidity sealing arrangement and fitted with 6205 deep groove SKF, URB or FAG bearings: 1) all idlers to comply with Portnet paint speck; 2) all idlers to have traceable date stamp of manufacture on bearing shaft; 3) All idlers to comply with Portnet guarantee period under working conditions (3 years); 4) Idlers shaft ends to be sprayed with rust preventative type protection (tectyl); 5) Each idler to carry the S.A.B.S. mark of approval; 6) Each idler will be manufactured to ISO 9001 and will carry the certificate of validity; 7) Idlers tubes to be degreased; 8) Idlers to be sprayed with ns4 rust preventative; 9) Idlers to be sprayed with manufactures colour; 10) End caps to be steel turn back flange deep draw bearing housing with a continuous CO2 weld; - Qty: 300 each.
