Quotations are hereby invited for a service provider to install a new ICT Infrastructure at the municipal office in Luckhoff and replacement of network points in Koffiefontein. Scope of works: • The service provider is expected to supply, deliver, and install all materials to be used during the project. A blue Cat6 UTP cable should be used for indoor cabling, the cables should be trunked using PVC trunking. Supply fly leads from the patch panel to the network switch. Install a circuit breaker on the existing DB dedicated to the cabinet. • Supply and install a six-way steel power-duct with an on and off button, procure and install a 24 Port Aruba 2540 - JL356A unmanaged PoE switch or any other unmanaged PoE switch, install a 20Amp 6 kA CBI circuit breaker on the existing DB, install a Molex Cat6 data cable using PVC trunking, install 7 network points (mark points), install a Cat6 STP cable from the cabinet to the two (2) radio links on the roof, install a Molex Cat6 patch panel (terminate and mark points onto it), install an extended base brushed panel. The Municipality will supply a 6U swing cabinet already mounted at the Luckhoff office. The service provider is expected to replace/fix 06 network points: • 1 x Damaged point; • 2 x Network points unable to hold RJ45 cable; • 3 x Covers missing.
