Bids are hereby invited for the appointment of a service provider to provide offsite storage including document management services for all various offices for a period of three (3) years. Scope of work: The prospective bidder is expected to provide a comprehensive and reliable off-site storage facilities and retrieval services, comprising of the following: 1.1. The winning bidder will be expected to provide client with the electronic latest indexed file to assist with the new tender process within 30 days before the end of contract; 1.6.
