Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Civil, Road, Sewer, Plumbing & Engineering Supplies: Supply 7 each x New pneumatic actuators. Specifications: Kinetrol actuator, supply Pneumatic Controlled Rotary Vane Actuator. Quantity: 7. Description: Rotary vane type actuator only. Design Features: 90 Degree turn. Durable Epoxy stove enamel finish. Easy stop adjustment at each end of stroke for accurate seating. Long life PTFE internal finish. Seal materials: Moulded Polyurethane, corrosion resistant aluminium casing. Integral vane/shaft casing with only one moving part. Manual override square and position indicator. Stainless steel expanders to ensure long term lip seal and case contact. No cranks or gearing. ISO adaptor included. NB. Equivalent unit may be supplied. Unit supplied must be compatible to the current Faure WTP (Water Treatment Plant) installation. Unit supplied will not be accepted if plant modifications are required. The current installation at Faure WTP uses Kinetrol. The dimensions of the intended supplied valve must be within the following due to restriction of confined spaces and hence the total height of the actuator may not exceed 180mm. Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Tools & Machinery: - 5 each x Cape fur seal tagging kits; - 10 each x Cape fur seal disentanglement kits; - 10 each x Cape fur seal capture & transport kits. Specifications: Provide the City with five (5) Cape fur seal tagging kits: Each individual tagging kit must include: - 60 plastic Cape Fur Seal Flipper Tags; - Three sets of tagging pliers; Veterinary Antiseptic; - Three pairs of leather gloves; - Three towels; - Two Cape Fur Seal carrying/holding stretchers; - One plastic ground matt 2m². - Each set of 60 plastic Cape Fur Seal Flippers tags must be: Unique in colour (red, green, blue, white, yellow; - Each tag in each set of 60 must have a unique number/ID code. Provide the City with ten (10) Cape fur seal disentanglement kits: Each individual disentanglement kit must include: - One large telescopic (full extension length 2.5m) aluminium disentanglement pole with fixed end cutter; - One small aluminium (1.5 metre length) disentanglement pole with fixed end cutter; - Two sets of hand held multi material end cutters; - Two sets of hand held multi tools. Provide the City with ten (10) Cape fur seal capture and transport kits: Each individual kit must include: - One large catch net (constructed similar to specification as supplied); - Two Cape Fur Seal carrying/holding stretchers 130cm x 180cm, made from strong PVC, reinforced with 40mm webbing and 4 carrying handles on each side and one on each long end corner; - One aluminium animal transport box with external carrying grips - 107cm (long) x 65cm (wide) x 70cm (tall) with a sliding door (to the top) at the back and a normal door that opens to the side in the front; - One telescopic (full extension 2.5m) animal control/catch pole; - The loop must be braided metal with plastic coating or similar to prevent injury to the animal; - One telescopic (full extension 2.5m) animal pole net; - The diameter of the net opening must be min 900mm with minimum 30mm aluminium tubing.
