Procurement of ambulance vehicles and medical equipment
The contract includes the procurement of ambulances and medical equipment for the work of the "Medical Emergency Service" in Kikinda (specialized unit of Community Health centre Kikinda - "Dom zdravlja Kikinda"), which includes the following: 3 (three) ambulance vehicles (with associated medical equipment), defibrillators, EKG machines, ultrasound device, respirators, mechanical CPR device, resuscitation sets, skill trainer system, outpatient furniture, work clothing for medical personnel, etc.

- 3 (three) ambulance vehicles with installed: main stretcher, oxygen installation, cardiology chair, two seats in patient compartment
- 2 (two) of those 3 (three) vehicles must be delivered with additional medical equipment each:

Given that the procurement process is being executed under the project "Banat 112", eMS Code: RORS 284 (financed through Interreg – IPA CBC Romania – Serbia Program), whose completion is expected in December 2023, the deadline for the delivery of the supply is maximum 90 calendar days after contract conclusion, but no later than 15.12.2023. due to tax exemption procedures and payment execution.
Medical equipment and supply for ambulatory patient treatment
This lot includes purchase of medical equipment and goods for ambulatory examination and treatment of patients. It includes:
- System for mechanical chest compression (1 pcs)
- Patient monitor (1 pcs)
- Advanced Skill Trainer along with operational device and software (1 pcs)
- Defibrillator with mobile battery charger (1 pcs)
- ECG device (1 pcs)
- Handhold ultrasound device (1 pcs)

- Non-Invasive Ventilation BiPAP Machine (1 pcs)

According to the point 2.4.13. of the applicable PRAG, after cancelling a tender procedure, the contracting authority may decide to to re-launch the tender procedure using the same reference as the original call, in which case the publication of a new prior information notice is not compulsory. Since this is the case, City of Kikinda, as a contracting authority, did not publish prior information notice - opened at least 30 days. Instead, for this type of the procedure, contracting authority followed applicable PRAG rules which set that contract notice must be published at least 60 days before deadline for submission of tenders.
