The consulting services to be executed under this technical assistance entail a day-to-day support as well as supervision of works provided by the Owner’s engineer to EMAE in the implementation of the following subcomponents under the Sao Tome and Principe power sector recovery project:

         — meters for large customers,

         — installation of statistical meters,

         — replacement of all remaining meters,

         — rehabilitation of the low voltage network.
