         Les travaux objet du présent appel d’offres, portent sur la réalisation des réseaux des tranches 1,2,5,6 et 7 du lotissement de Recasement :

         • Voirie ;

         • Assainissement ;

         • Alimentation d’Eau Potable ;

         • Arrosage ;

         • Electrification (Réseaux Basse Tension, Moyenne Tension, et éclairage public) ;

         • Télécommunication.

         La réalisation de ces réseaux consiste en générale à exécuter les travaux de :

         - Terrassement : déblai, remblai ;

         - Pose buse, de conduite et de câblage ;

         - Installation des équipements d’AEP, d’éclairage public ;

         - Confection des ouvrages en béton armé ;

         - Construction de locaux techniques pour les postes transformateurs ;

         - Tests et d’essai de fonctionnalité et de conformité des différentes réalisations.

         La consistance des travaux est détaillée à §1.2 du CCTP du CPS.
